Corporate housing provides fully furnished rental apartments or homes designed for business travelers, relocating employees, or individuals needing a mid-term stay. Our units include furniture, utilities, Wi-Fi, and essential amenities—so you can move in with just your suitcase.
2. What is the minimum stay requirement?
Our rentals typically require a 30-day minimum stay. Some properties may offer flexibility depending on availability.
3. What’s included in the rent?
All utilities (electricity, water, gas), high-speed Wi-Fi, furniture, linens, kitchenware, and a $250 professional cleaning service are included. Many units also include on-site parking, gyms, or concierge services depending on the property.
4. Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is returned after checkout, provided there are no damages or policy violations.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
30+ Days Before Check-In: Full refund of rent paid, minus a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee.
15–29 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund of the first month’s rent, minus the $250 cleaning fee.
Within 14 Days of Check-In: No refund of the first month’s rent; the $250 cleaning fee will be retained.
6. Are pets allowed?
Many of our properties are pet-friendly, but policies vary by location. Pet fees or additional deposits may apply. Please check the listing details or ask us before booking.
7. How do payments work?
We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and corporate billing arrangements. Rent is typically billed monthly in advance.
8. Can companies book directly for employees?
Yes! We work directly with HR departments, relocation managers, and corporate travel teams to arrange housing for employees, interns, and project teams.
9. Do you offer flexible lease terms?
Yes, we specialize in mid-term rentals (1–12 months) but can extend leases if needed. Shorter stays may be available at select locations.
10. How do I request a quote or book a property?
You can easily submit a Request a Quote form directly on our website or use the online booking option for select properties. Once submitted, our team will confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.
